The David C. Chavez Agency is made up of a diverse group of professionals that bring years of experience from different areas of the industry.  The Agent has served in the frontlines as a team member at an office until being recruited by State Farm corporate.  David served nearly a decade helping thousands of agents in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas run their businesses more efficiently and effectively as a consultant.  Our office also caters to the diverse needs to Spanish speakers in the metro however being bilingual is not a requirement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for the David C. Chavez State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:
  • Personalized training for the first 90 days.
  • Marketing allowance to deepen relationships and network among groups and communities you have a special interest in.
  • Signing bonus upon passing all required licensing exams and/or signing bonus if you are already licensed.
  • Allowance to pursue industry specific certifications or designations.
  • Will consider a hybrid schedule if the agent believes you can be effective from home. 
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
